What is a domain?
A domain is the name that is characteristic of every website, practically like the name of a company. Given the fact that purchasing domains is relatively cheap and easy, many of the domains are taken, especially some with attractive names such as:
bitcoin.mk, domino.mk, stb.mk, stomatolog.mk,...

How do I transfer my domain from another registrar to yours?
First you need to request an EPP code for your domain from the registrar responsible for the domain, then go to the "Domains" -> "Domain Transfer" field. After you enter the domain for which the transfer should be made, click order and we will ask you for approval and you will have to give us the EPP code that was given to you by the previous registrar.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting (English: Web Hosting) is a space where your website functions. In addition to this, hosting is also used as a space where your e-mail comes. Practically, hosting is in reality an office of your company for which you pay rent on the Internet. The space, like the office, has its own size and the price is usually determined accordingly.
Do I get a control panel with the hosting?
Yes, all of our hosting packages include cPanel, the most popular control panel for managing websites, email, databases, and more.
What type of hosting package do I need?
It all depends on your needs:

For small websites or blogs, we recommend the Small package.

For business applications or e-stores, the Business Packages are most suitable.

Is it possible to upgrade the package later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a larger hosting package with more resources at any time, without interruption to your website's operation.
What happens if I don't renew my hosting on time?
You will receive several reminders for renewal. If it is not renewed within the deadline, the hosting will be suspended and then deleted. The data can be restored if backups are saved (backups are kept for a maximum of 3 months for unpaid hosting services).
Do I receive technical support?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support via email and ticket system. Our team is always here to help you.
How do I transfer an existing website to you?
We offer free website migration from other hosting providers. We'll take care of everything, without any interruption to your site's operations.
Do you provide backup and security?
Yes, all packages include regular daily backups, as well as advanced cybersecurity measures to protect against attacks and data loss.
What happens if I exceed the allowed resource usage?
In such a case, we will notify you and suggest an appropriate upgrade package so that your site continues to perform optimally.
Do I get an SSL certificate?
Yes, we offer a free SSL certificate with all of our hosting packages to ensure a secure HTTPS connection for your users.
Can I host multiple websites on one package?
Some of our packages allow hosting multiple domains. See the details for each package or contact us for a custom solution.
How many domains can I host?
Depending on the hosting package, you can host one or more domains. Our business and corporate packages support multiple domains.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay by card or bank transfer. Renewal can be monthly, annual or by contract.

How do I connect a domain to hosting?
If the domain and hosting are purchased from us, you need to log in to the appropriate cPanel from the hosting (cPanel data will be sent to you by email after creating an order) and then access the "Domains" field and add the purchased domain if it is not in the list. After adding it, wait a few hours for it to become active.
How do I change the nameservers for my domain?
One option is to send us the nameservers that you would like to be set when creating the order. Another option is to send us an email message (the message must be sent from the address with which the order was created) that will contain the new nameservers that you would like to be set for your domain. Automatic change in the admin panel to change nameservers is not allowed for security reasons, when we enable that option you will see it in the admin panel itself.

What is VPS hosting and when do I need it?
VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting is hosting where you get your own virtual server. It is ideal for websites with medium to high traffic volumes or for projects that require more resources and control than regular hosting.
Do you offer email hosting?
Yes, with our packages you also get professional e-mail hosting, with the option to use your own domain (e.g. info@imenadomen.mk).
Why aren't emails being sent/received to me?
The most common answer to this question is that your hosting package has exceeded its capacity. To check if your hosting package has exceeded its capacity, you need to log in to your hosting control panel (which can usually be accessed at "imenavasiotdomen.mk/cpanel"). After logging in to the control panel, look in the lower right corner of the panel (if you are on a desktop or laptop) to see if any of the parameters exceed the set limit. If any of the parameters are exceeded, look on our website to see how larger packages are moving and on the moj.maxhosting.mk panel you can upgrade it. If everything is fine with the parameters, contact us on our support contact numbers.
How do I create an email account via cPanel?
Log in to cPanel > Email Accounts > Create. Select a domain, enter a username and password, and click “Create.” You can then access it via Webmail or configure your email in Outlook or a mobile device.

What are the POP3/IMAP and SMTP settings?
IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com, port: 993 (SSL)

POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.com, port: 995 (SSL)

SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com, port: 465 (SSL)
Check the detailed settings in cPanel > Email Accounts > Connect Devices. Then set them in the application through which you want to manage your emails.

How do I backup my website?
In cPanel > Backup/JetBackup you can create full or partial backups of your website, databases, and emails. It is recommended to perform regular backups.
Can I install WordPress?
Yes, you can very easily via Softaculous Auto Installer in cPanel. Select WordPress, fill in the fields and click "Install".
How do I set up a domain redirect?
In cPanel > Redirects you can set up a 301 or 302 redirect for your domain or subdomain to another website or URL.
Do you support SSH access?
No, for security reasons, we do not offer SSH access with Shared packages, i.e. regular hosting packages.
However, with VPS servers you have complete freedom and get SSH access with root privileges.
How to configure Cron Jobs?
In cPanel > Cron Jobs, you can set up scripts that run at a specified time (e.g. for automatic backups, reports, etc.).
How do I protect myself from spam emails?
Napi servers have an advanced spam protection system. In cPANEL you have the ability to manage it yourself. Namely, we have 2 types of spam messages, namely low spam, which can be a normal message, and high risk spam. Low spam has a score of 5 to 20, while high risk has a score above 20. Our system is flexible and you have the ability to change these scores. In addition, you can determine for yourself what to do with messages with a low score, i.e. whether those messages will arrive at you or will be quarantined or sent to a separate inbox.

In addition, we treat some messages as potential viruses and immediately quarantine them. We will prepare a separate text with an explanation for this.
Do you support databases?
Yes, we support MySQL and PostgreSQL databases via phpMyAdmin in cPanel. You can create and manage multiple databases according to your package.
