Many people stay with a host that costs them time or money just because switching sounds complicated. It does not have to be. With us, we handle the migration for free, for every hosting package, and your site keeps running while it happens.
This is the whole process: what we migrate, what we need from you and how we guarantee that nothing is lost. After we migrate it, you have 30 days to test the package. If you need domains too, see the domains and the domain transfer.
The size of your site decides the package. A small site or blog fits A1 or A2, and for more space, email accounts or traffic, choose A3 or A4. Check how much space your current site takes up and how many email addresses you have, then compare with the packages below.
A store, a large database or lots of traffic are best suited to business packages (from 5,500 MKD per year). If you are not sure, send us the size of your site and we will recommend a package.

Changing DNS settings can take from a few minutes to a few hours to propagate. During that time the site works at both the old and the new location, so visitors never see a blank page. It is best to switch during a quiet period.

Usually all we need is access to your current hosting (cPanel, or FTP and database) and the domain name. If you do not have cPanel access, the files and a database backup are enough. If you are not sure, write to us.
